Hey thanks with your help about the ATI driver for fedora 13…. do you have msn or somehow we could chat… I’m having some unexpected behaivors when watching videos (they play too fast in any media player) and there is no sound… ok my KDE, everything works nice on GNOME… so i dont know what it could be… i installed fedora 13 X86_64 with kde and gnome.
I’d really appreciate your help.
Jorge.
I think i fix it … i changed in system settings to use gstreamer and not the xine lib…. also i had to use the Internal Audio Analog Stereo. Weird because I couldn’t use the RS880 Audio device (Radeon HD 4200) Digital Stereo HDMI…. althought i dont understand so many things…. like these. You might have any thoughts about it…
Thanks,
Jorge

Hi JR,
I just found your blog due to a question I had. (I wanted to install Sun Java while having openjdk still installed. Your article about that topic definateliy helped me.) So, thanks for that!
I looked around a little bit and I really like the stuff here. If you don’t mind, I place a link to your website on my linux n00b blog (German).
Arvid
Hi Arvid,
Glad to hear that the Sun Java instruction was helpful to you.
Of course I don’t mind if you add link to my website on your website. Thanks Arvid!
